Once Again, thanks for stopping by IMMYOWNSELLER.COM.   We have one main goal and that is to help FOR SALE BY OWNERS do it themselves.  Our website is just one of the many tools we offer that you can use to assist in achieving your goal of selling your home or property.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to help property owners sell their own property by providing them with some of the same tools as professional realtors, and connecting them with potential buyers.

We help advertise.  We offer tools. We help you with information and guidlines thru the process.

One of the first questions a potential buyer has when they drive by a sign in the front yard of someone's home is, I wonder what it looks like on the inside?  So, on this site, you can post up to 20 pictures of your home.   But before that happens we have to guide them to YOU!  So, we offer signs.  Signs direct potential buyers to your home, so, make all roads lead to you!  First, start with signs from high traffic streets and roads and lead them to your home.  Next, the sign in your yard will show them were they can view the inside of your home.  Another way we are going to lead them to you is advertise in your local newspaper when you list your home with us.  So, that potential buyer that does not pass by your street can still have the opportunity to find you.  When you list your home with us, we will not only advertise in your local newspaper, but by doing so we will also list your home on powerful national search engines such as Google Base, Trulia, Zillow, Oodle, and others!  By doing this, we will give your home LOTS of attention and bring you as many potential buyers as possible!
